Scotty's Contracting and Stone is accepting applications for a Quarry Groundman, Laborer and Mechanic Helper. Responsibilities
- General laborer position to work at Quarry.
- Assist other workers as needed or directed and other duties as assigned by management.
- Opportunities for advancement and learning equipment at Quarry.
- Communicate with supervisor to ensure production runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Able to work outdoors in extreme conditions, such as cold, heat, and humidity.
- Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.
- Able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision.
- Ability to get along with others.
- Positive customer service-oriented attitude.
