Responsibilities

• Elaboration of N&T Radio Design specifications and architecture
• Management of radio spectrum and addressing cybersecurity concerns
• Collaboration with Product Architects to identify technology requirements
• Adherence to Quality processes and project documentation standards
• Optimization of N&T Radio deployment costs, lead times, and risks
• Execution of radio surveys, tests, and training

Requirements

• BE/Master's degree in Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in radio deployments, including interference mitigation
• Knowledge of WiFi protocols and monitoring tools (spectrum analyzer, IP analyzer)
• Familiarity with IT/Supervision systems
• A certification or experience in signalling and system architecture is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and technical coordination skills
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
