Responsibilities
- Perform diversified clinical patient care, technical and related duties within assigned modality as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
- Assume responsibility for each assigned patient, perform patient assessments, and correlate clinical findings with exam/procedure request.
- Obtain pertinent information from patient's chart and document all data within the EHR.
- Educate patient for exam.
- Position patient and select appropriate imaging equipment and supplies.
- Identify, prepare and/or administer pharmaceuticals related to the exam/procedure.
- Select technical factors/parameters/sequences to produce quality images.
- Properly identify anatomy and evaluate images for technical quality.
