About the position

We are looking for a motivated and reliable professional to join our team as a Ramp Agent in our Ground Handling Department. This position is crucial to our operations, as Ramp Agents are responsible for baggage handling and servicing aircraft in a fast-paced outdoor airport environment. Our team works hard and cares for each other, ensuring that we deliver industry-leading service to our customers and airline partners. To maintain our standard of excellence, successful candidates will complete the Ramp Agent training course, which equips them with the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively. The primary responsibilities of a Ramp Agent include below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft, which encompasses loading and unloading baggage and cargo, operating motorized service vehicles and equipment, guiding and parking aircraft, performing cabin maintenance tasks, and de-icing aircraft. In this role, you will work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service while meeting corporate objectives. It is essential to keep both company goals and customer expectations in mind when completing daily tasks. The work environment is dynamic, and agents must be prepared to adapt to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels while ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft
  • Load and unload baggage and cargo

Requirements

  • Successful completion of training course
  • Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment
  • Effective communication skills
