Responsibilities

• Reach more qualified buyers and win listings.
• Manage deals and stay in touch with clients using proprietary CRM.
• Receive support from a dedicated transaction coordinator and listing coordinator.
• Work with an inside sales team that qualifies opportunities and books them directly on your calendar.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted real estate license.
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience.
• Proven track record of winning clients over, closing deals and earning referral business.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently.
