Real Estate Disposition Manager

About the position

The Real Estate Disposition Manager at Raven3 Real Estate is responsible for marketing, showing, and closing off-market investment property deals in the Hudson Valley. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including cash buyers, investors, contractors, and local real estate agents, to facilitate successful transactions and ensure optimal selling prices and terms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to understand the inventory of off-market investment properties available for sale.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and investors, including digital marketing and traditional advertising.
• Coordinate property viewings with prospective buyers, investors, and agents, ensuring properties are presented well.
• Skillfully negotiate deals to ensure favorable terms for both buyers and the company.
• Oversee the entire sales process, including contract preparation, due diligence, and closing activities, working with title companies and attorneys.
• Stay updated on Hudson Valley real estate market trends, property values, and local developments to provide insights to buyers and investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate agents, contractors, and other industry professionals to expand the network and generate leads.
• Keep detailed records of property sales, leads, and transactions, providing regular reports to the management team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with a focus on investment properties.
• Strong knowledge of the Hudson Valley real estate market.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
• A valid real estate license in the state of New York is a plus.
• Proficient in real estate CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
