This position is based at our divisional office in Alpharetta, Georgia. Responsibilities

  • Representing Toll Brothers in real estate transactions, including land acquisition, joint ventures, leasing and financing transactions.
  • Working closely with senior management on residential/mixed-use developments.
  • Supporting regional operations.

Requirements

  • Six or more years of experience handling complex real estate transactions.
