Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks an experienced Real Estate Transactional Attorney with six or more years of experience handling complex real estate transactions to join our team of top attorneys. This position is based at our divisional office in Alpharetta, Georgia. Responsibilities

• Representing Toll Brothers in real estate transactions, including land acquisition, joint ventures, leasing and financing transactions.
• Working closely with senior management on residential/mixed-use developments.
• Supporting regional operations.

Requirements

• Six or more years of experience handling complex real estate transactions.
