About The Position

FASHIONPHILE is seeking a Receiving Specialist to join their team in Carlsbad, CA. This role involves unloading and sorting incoming shipments, processing returns, and supporting courier responsibilities as needed. The position is integral to maintaining the flow of luxury products and ensuring operational efficiency within the warehouse.

Requirements

• Prior retail or operational experience handling product
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to meet KPI's and department goals
• Proven experience multitasking and being detail-oriented/organized
• Ability to work some nights, weekends, or holidays with advance notice

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience verifying invoices and shipping list
• Previous experience using handheld device

Responsibilities

• Unloading and sorting incoming shipments from carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Unpacking products and breaking down boxes if applicable
• Processing customer & retail returns
• Creating and tagging SKUs
• Scanning & moving products from location to location
• Supporting Courier responsibilities as needed, including driving luxury products to retail locations, loading and unloading the van, and maintaining the van.
