About The Position

As a member of the AFF team, you will be responsible for greeting, assisting, and servicing current and potential members as they enter the club. Your role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment and providing high-quality customer service to enhance member experience and retention. You will be expected to perform your duties in alignment with the company's Mission, Vision, and Service Standards, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the club.

Requirements

• CPR/AED certified within 60 days of employment.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a welcoming, friendly, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Perform duties according to the company's Mission, Vision, Pillars of Success, and Service Standards.
• Provide optimal performance for member growth, retention, and club profitability.
• Know the club's emergency response protocol and be prepared to act accordingly.
• Arrive to work 5 minutes early and wear the department-specific uniform.
• Actively participate in all department and club meetings.
• Maintain open and honest communication with the team.
• Smile and acknowledge all guests and members exiting the club.
• Monitor member check-in by checking their membership card and taking pictures.
• Efficiently answer phone calls within three rings and direct them appropriately.
• Record all reservations and take phone messages properly.
• Sign members up and check them in for required classes.
• Maintain a clean and attractive front desk area and complete all administrative duties assigned.
