Collaboration with the Director of HR and hiring managers is essential to discuss specific plans of action for job openings. The recruiter will manage the applicant tracking system/HRIS, acting as the resident expert and monitoring activity to ensure recruitment timeframes are met. Close work with the Director of HR will provide detailed information about open positions to ensure accurate communication with applicants. Additionally, the recruiter will develop candidate sourcing strategies to create a talent pipeline for frequently or harder-to-fill positions and assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
