This home-office based position offers exciting travel opportunities, supporting recruitment and company events at our centers across North Carolina and the Midwest. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment, experience in healthcare preferred.
• Demonstrated success in proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who thrives on discovering and implementing new recruitment strategies.
• Willingness to travel to recruitment events primarily within North Carolina.
• Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with candidates.
• Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), digital platforms, social media and proficient with MS Office.
• Strong ability to work in a collaborative environment, both remotely and on-site.
• A driven, assertive attitude with a passion for learning and evolving your recruiting methods.
• Comfortably engaging with candidates through written and verbal communication.
