This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on employment labor laws to ensure compliance during the recruitment process.
  • Engage in campus recruitment initiatives to attract fresh talent from universities and colleges.
  • Leverage HRIS tools such as Taleo for efficient candidate management and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and offering feedback throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

  • Experience in internal recruiting and technical recruiting is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of employment labor laws relevant to recruitment practices.
  • Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
  • Knowledge of human resources principles and practices is essential.
  • Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels.
  • Experience in social media management for employer branding and candidate outreach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
