Responsibilities
- Identify Top Talent: Source, screen, and match skilled candidates with client openings through various channels.
- Own the Hiring Process: Guide candidates from initial contact through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with Clients: Build strong relationships, understand their hiring needs, and provide insights to help them make great hiring decisions.
- Drive Results: Manage your pipeline of roles, work hard, and go above and beyond to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Requirements
- Sales-driven attitude with a motivation to maximize earnings.
- Strong phone and written communication skills to build trust and relationships with clients and candidates.
- No prior recruiting or sales experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
