About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization, specifically focusing on recruitment for construction roles, including oil and gas and solar work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through research and networking.
• Work with recruiters and recruiting manager.
• Facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience while assessing qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Collaborate with the Talent Management team to develop strategies for enhancing recruitment efforts.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
• Post jobs and source candidates.
• Call and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Work in CRM specific software.
• Work with supervisors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in internal recruiting, or technical recruiting is a plus.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
• Excellent relationship management skills, capable of building rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates and market trends.
• Knowledge of talent management principles is a plus.
