About the position

The Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Accounting Operations in Creve Coeur is responsible for developing and expanding a client base, recruiting and placing accounting operations professionals, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities.
• Introduce services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with clients.
• Recruit, evaluate, and place accounting operations professionals in full-time positions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates.
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
• Participate in industry trade associations to increase company presence.

Requirements

• A business-related degree.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting operations and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of success in recruiting or accounting operations.
• Excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to leverage accounting operations experience to manage and grow the business.
