About the position

The Recruitment Coordinator - Talent Acquisition role at Rose International is a hybrid position based in Tampa, FL, focused on supporting the recruitment process for a team of recruiters. The coordinator will manage workflows through the applicant tracking system (Workday), ensuring compliance with recruitment processes while providing excellent service to candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an expertise knowledge of the applicant tracking system (Workday).
  • Ensure the seamless scheduling of candidate interviews with hiring managers and interview teams.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment team.
  • Ensure candidates have accurate and timely information to complete necessary documentation throughout the recruitment process.
  • Educate new employees on documentation needed to complete the on-boarding process.
  • Order background checks on applicable candidates.
  • Ensure that the applicant tracking system (Workday) is consistently and effectively used to ensure accurate recruitment metrics and compliance.
  • Demonstrate a general understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Greet and escort candidates in the Bank offices, as appropriate.
  • Assist in the coordination of job fairs, as needed.
  • Work on special TA/HR projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of human resources or administrative experience.
  • Strong team player with values of accountability, integrity, and quality.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet various needs.
  • Flexible nature to meet changing demands in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to escalate issues and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking databases and Microsoft Office Products.
