About the position

As a Recruitment Marketing Intern at Land O'Lakes, Inc., you will contribute to shaping the employer brand through creative marketing initiatives. This role involves supporting talent marketing efforts, managing content across various channels, and enhancing the candidate experience. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office work at the Arden Hills, Minnesota headquarters at least two days a week, providing hands-on experience in digital marketing and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar to support talent marketing initiatives.
• Create engaging social media content to promote the employer brand, focusing on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Assist in the creation of drip marketing campaigns via email and SMS targeting different candidate audiences.
• Organize and curate a library of employee images for talent marketing efforts.
• Collaborate on the development of advertising assets for paid media and social ads.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, especially Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Strong written communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
• Ability to propose and develop new creative concepts and respond to feedback.
• Passion for learning and working in teams in a collaborative environment.
