About the position
The Red Cell Analyst position at Amentum involves gathering and analyzing information to assess threats and vulnerabilities related to defense programs. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of adversarial organizations and the ability to synthesize findings to support risk analysis and mitigation strategies. The Analyst will work closely with DoD Red Team partners to conduct assessments and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Characterize the adversary by researching their structure, ideology, intentions, tactics, and capabilities.
- Contribute to threat emulation by identifying information requirements and developing assessment strategies.
- Analyze systems and identify essential functions and critical assets necessary for program success.
- Develop adversary courses of action against customer personnel, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Facilitate information management flow from DoD Red Team partners and other supporting entities.
- Support field assessments from an adversary perspective in conjunction with DoD Red Team Partners.
- Synthesize findings to support vulnerability identification and risk analysis.
- Prepare various reports and documents to convey assessment findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of a High School diploma coupled with 4 years' experience as an intelligence analyst.
- An active TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience in roles such as All Source Analyst, Information Operations/Counterintelligence Analyst, or Cyber Analyst.
- Proficient in analyzing and summarizing complex technical and research information.
- Demonstrated expertise in information/data collection, analysis, and fusion.
- Excellent analytical, oral and written communication, and project management skills.
