About the position

As a Regional Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will support the Americas region by providing expert knowledge in compensation and benefits. Your role will ensure that compensation and benefits programs align with business strategy while remaining equitable and competitive. You will also support the Food & Water division globally, acting as the primary contact for all related matters, implementing global tools, and analyzing compensation programs. This position offers the opportunity to design programs tailored to specific business needs and contribute to the overall Compensation & Benefits strategy of the Group.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, processes, and tools.
  • Support and coordinate the implementation of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and processes in collaboration with Regional HR Country Managers.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to local HR teams, HR Business Partners (HRBP), Managers, and other key stakeholders on compensation and benefits policies, processes, and tools.
  • Assist Regional HR Country Managers in monitoring and tracking the execution and management of global compensation and benefits processes.
  • Stay informed on the latest market trends, research, and developments in compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure the HR team is equipped with up-to-date knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, industry standards, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record in international organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for consulting, collaborating, and training stakeholders.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $145,000 to $175,000.
