About the position

The Regional Compensation and Benefits Manager for the Americas will provide expert knowledge in compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with business strategy while maintaining equity and competitiveness across the region. This role involves acting as the primary contact for all compensation and benefits matters, implementing global tools, and supporting the Food & Water division globally. The position is hybrid, based in Houston, TX or Richmond, VA, and offers an exciting opportunity to shape global compensation practices.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, processes, and tools.
  • Support and coordinate the implementation of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and processes in collaboration with Regional HR Country Managers.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to local HR teams, HR Business Partners, Managers, and other key stakeholders on compensation and benefits policies, processes, and tools.
  • Assist Regional HR Country Managers in monitoring and tracking the execution and management of global compensation and benefits processes.
  • Stay informed on the latest market trends, research, and developments in compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure the HR team is equipped with up-to-date knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, industry standards, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record in international organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for consulting and training stakeholders.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a strong advantage.
