Responsibilities

• Leading a software implementation process to improve efficiency
• Developing and implementing processes and procedures to streamline operations
• Managing a team of four direct and eleven indirect reports, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Leveraging extensive knowledge and experience in Manufacturing, Oracle, SAP, GAAP Accounting, and US GAAP
• Using a university degree in a relevant field to inform decision-making and strategy
• Ensuring all financial operations align with the laws and guidelines of the manufacturing industry
• Overseeing the accounting office located within the operations environment, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient processes
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure financial objectives are met
• Supporting the Regional Controller in managing financial operations and making strategic decisions
