About the position

The Regional Diesel Field Service Manager will oversee the maintenance and training of company vehicles and products within a designated region. This role combines management, technical expertise, and training responsibilities, requiring a hands-on approach to diesel engine repair and team leadership. Responsibilities

• Diagnoses mechanical problems and performs repairs and maintenance on all equipment to maximize safe and productive operations while training other technicians.
• Completes all required paperwork in a timely and concise manner.
• Conducts repairs utilizing Factory Service Manuals.
• Travels to other shops in the region to communicate with clients/customers and provide servicing/training on company vehicles.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of hands-on Diesel Mechanic experience.
• At least 3 years of Management/Foreman experience.
