About The Position

The Regional Manager at Dental365 is responsible for leading a designated group of dental practices within a specific territory, focusing on providing direction, leadership, and development to the management team. This role is crucial for achieving financial objectives, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering excellence in patient care. The Regional Manager will build high-performing teams, optimize operations, and implement key organizational initiatives across the portfolio of offices.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in multi-site dental practice management.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Prior P&L management experience.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and success driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies that align with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
• Work closely with the executive team to shape and implement the company's long-term vision within the region.
• Guide local teams, identify training needs, and provide necessary training to enhance performance.
• Ensure smooth, efficient daily operations by optimizing staff and resource availability.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline and improve processes.
• Use data and metrics to monitor and assess operational performance, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, offering guidance, coaching, and mentorship to managers and staff.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Implement and oversee health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the operations team.
