About the position

PagerDuty is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to support the activation of regional programming that drives pipeline growth for our North American market. As a key member of the Global Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for the effective planning, execution, and measurement of regional marketing activities, including events, webinars, digital marketing, and sales outreach programs. This role is expected to come into our San Francisco office once per week, allowing you to thrive in your new role and fully embrace being a Dutonian! In this position, you will collaborate with the Global Demand Generation and North America Sales teams to execute regional marketing plans that align with overall business and North American pipeline goals. You will partner closely with other Marketing functions, such as Global Campaigns, Account-Based Engagement, Corporate Events, and Performance Marketing, to drive maximum impact across our marketing channels for pipeline creation. Your responsibilities will include researching, planning, and executing regional demand generation programs, including physical and virtual events, third-party conferences and trade shows, and ABM tactics. You will manage event logistics and execution, including pre- and post-event communications, promotions, branded swag fulfillment, on-site staffing, and internal enablement for Sales teams. Additionally, you will manage SFDC campaign tracking, list uploads, and other operational processes to ensure accurate measurement and lead handoff to Sales. Regular reporting and analysis of regional marketing tactics will be part of your role, identifying opportunities for optimization to enhance effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Global Demand Generation and North America Sales teams to execute regional marketing plans.

  • Research, plan, and execute regional demand generation programs, including physical and virtual events.
  • Manage event logistics and execution, including pre- and post-event communications and promotions.

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of regional marketing tactics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in regional, field or event marketing within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel to regional events (up to 20%).

Nice-to-haves

  • Proven success in managing field marketing programs and relationships with large enterprise sales organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with marketing tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Self-starter with a 'can do' attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.
