Traditions Mortgage is seeking a Regional Mortgage Sales Manager in Lancaster, PA to lead a talented team and expand our presence in the region. This role is ideal for a driven mortgage professional with a passion for leadership and business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Mortgage Partners, Junior Loan Officers, and Loan Processors to achieve key performance goals.
• Personally generate $10M+ in loan volume annually and help your team exceed targets across Conventional, FHA, VA, RHS, and PHFA products.
• Attract and onboard high-performing Mortgage Partners, fostering a collaborative, high-energy sales culture.
• Build strong partnerships with realtors, attorneys, accountants, and community influencers to drive business.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal lending regulations.
• Represent our brand at industry events, community organizations, and business development activities, enhancing Traditions Mortgage's reputation as a trusted partner.
