About the position

The Heavy Haul Truck Driver position focuses on the safe and effective transportation of heavy excavation equipment across the South-East region of the United States. The role requires experience in oversize and over-dimensional hauling, ensuring proper load securement, and adhering to permitted routes while maintaining safe driving practices. The job offers a structured schedule of three weeks on duty followed by one week off at home.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver heavy excavation equipment safely to various job sites.
• Ensure proper load securement and tie down for oversize and over-dimensional loads.
• Follow permitted routes and implement safe driving principles.
• Operate a 4 axel 18 speed truck with a hydraulic RGN trailer.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with air brake and manual transmission endorsements.
• Ability to pass a DOT Physical examination.
• Physical capability to frequently reach, bend, walk, and climb.
• Lifting capability of up to 50-60 lbs.

Nice-to-haves
