This role involves significant collaboration with the Vice President of Operations regarding budgets and capital improvement schedules, ensuring that all capital improvements and equipment purchases are executed on time and within budget. In addition to financial oversight, the Regional Manager will assist site staff with incident reporting and documentation, conduct property inspections, and participate in state and investor audits. The role also encompasses human resources functions, including navigating the new hire process, training staff, and managing performance reviews. Regular physical inspections of properties are required, along with responding to resident inquiries and complaints. The Regional Manager will also be expected to attend court hearings when necessary and provide support across all assigned rental offices as needed.
