In this position, you will achieve sales goals for ERICO and ILSCO Commercial Electrical business across multiple states by maintaining existing business and successfully converting new business. You will actively lead 3rd party sales agents, develop a multi-year sales strategy, and build relationships with key end-user customers and distributor partners. Your role will involve influencing end-user specifications, providing product expertise through training and technical presentations, and creating demand for products through proactive promotion. You will also support agent opportunities and proposals, launch new products, and communicate competitive feedback internally. You will use Salesforce to manage the opportunity pipeline and provide feedback internally.
