In this position, you will achieve sales goals for ERICO and ILSCO Commercial Electrical business across multiple states by maintaining existing business and successfully converting new business. You will actively lead 3rd party sales agents, develop a multi-year sales strategy, and build relationships with key end-user customers and distributor partners. Your role will involve influencing end-user specifications, providing product expertise, creating demand for products, and supporting agent opportunities and proposals. You will also launch new products to market and communicate competitive feedback internally to improve our solutions. This position requires using Salesforce to manage the opportunity pipeline and communicate feedback internally.
