The Regional Sales Manager at TRC Companies, Inc. will lead sales activities within the Power Sector's Pacific Northwest region, focusing on consulting, engineering, and construction management services. Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales of TRC's portfolio of services in the Power Sector.
  • Manage accounts of existing TRC clients and acquire new corporate clients.
  • Identify key decision makers and understand purchasing processes within client organizations.
  • Monitor timelines for potential RFPs and business contracts to position TRC for opportunities.
  • Utilize Sales Force CRM to drive opportunity pipeline growth and data quality.
  • Support business practices and collaborate with national business development and project management teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business-related field.
  • 4+ years of account management, direct sales, and business development experience, preferably in the power utility market.
  • Strong understanding of the power utility market and regional trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
