About the position

The Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with clients in the US. This position involves guiding customers through their Digital Transformation journey using the DataMiner software platform, ensuring a positive customer experience, and achieving business growth through effective account management and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for customers' individual needs (pre & post sales).
• Generate new sales and business by leveraging existing and potential customer networks and business partners.
• Set and track sales account targets aligned with company OKRs & KPIs.
• Monitor sales metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions using CRM software.
• Analyze product offerings against competition and customer needs to inform corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with departments such as Product Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Quality.
• Inspire and empower customers and business partners through dedicated programs.

Requirements
