About the position

The Regional Sales Operations Manager at Orangetheory Fitness is responsible for managing sales and operations personnel within a designated region. This role involves recruiting staff, conducting training, and developing team members to enhance performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). The manager will represent the OTF brand, build memberships, retain clientele, and ensure compliance with brand standards while fostering strong relationships with corporate counterparts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and assess the performance of sales and operations personnel within a designated region.
  • Build Orangetheory Fitness memberships and retain current clientele while achieving monthly KPI metrics.
  • Manage, audit, and submit KPI reports, equipment requests, and performance reviews.
  • Conduct monthly leadership meetings and attend mandatory webinars and corporate meetings.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with fitness, accounting, IT, marketing, and other corporate counterparts to achieve financial and KPI goals.
  • Facilitate follow-up communication and handle member concerns professionally to aid in customer service.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales and operations staff in the region.
  • Identify development needs of personnel and create innovative educational solutions.
  • Promote compliance with quality control and brand standards through quarterly audits and evaluations.
  • Maintain current employee files including resumes, CPR cards, and certifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the fitness industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management position.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing a fitness facility.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience in training/mentoring.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make discretionary decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of different cultures.
