About The Position

The MDS Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator at Piney Grove Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care while overseeing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Planning Process. This role emphasizes collaboration with healthcare professionals, resident advocacy, and ensuring effective communication among residents, families, and staff. Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Successful criminal background check
• Subject to pre-employment drug testing
• Long-term care facility experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee the MDS and Care Planning Process.
