About the position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in providing exceptional home health care services. Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
- Manage advanced care needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator management
- Utilize electronic charting using AlayaCare
- Participate in in-depth paid training and shadowing
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families
- Collaborate with the clinical team for ongoing support and care planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR certification in good standing
