REGISTERED NURSE

About the position

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Lakeview Specialty Hospital & Rehab focuses on providing direct care and medical management for patients with Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and other complex medical conditions. The role involves participating in the development of interdisciplinary treatment plans, assessing patients' needs, and updating care plans as necessary. This position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options and emphasizes work-life balance through 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and medical management for program participants of all ages.
• Participate in the development of interdisciplinary treatment plans or plans of care.
• Assess patients regarding presenting problems and integrate assessed areas into individual plans of care.
• Update and evaluate plans of care as necessary.

Requirements

• Current RN license required.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in LTAC or acute care settings.
• Knowledge of TBI rehabilitation and intensive medical management services.
