The Revenue Operations (ROPS) Educator II supports the delivery, evaluation and management of learning programs. They provide impactful learning experiences and resources to build skills and competencies across the organization by managing and delivering new hire role-based training and other professional/personal development training. Their efforts involve monitoring the implementation of initiatives while partnering with designers, educators, subject matter experts, learning analysts and leadership for the development and delivery of training solutions. Additionally, it is expected that they will be providing coaching to any Educator I trainers. Some travel 1-2 times per year for team events may be required.
