Under direct supervision of the Risk Manager, the Research Data Analyst I performs basic research, data gathering and statistical work on matters related to CalHFA's ongoing lending programs and financial data. The California Housing Finance Agency's (CalHFA) Financing Division is responsible for ensuring the continued financial stability of the Agency. The Financing Division directs the investments of Agency funds and actively manages the Agency's outstanding debt portfolio through the issuance of bonds, notes, and other debt instruments, and manages financial agreements such as interest rate swaps, bank credit facilities, and remarketing agreements.
