About the position

As a Resident/Leasing Administrator at Mediterranean Homes, you will play a crucial role in our property management team. In this position, you will utilize various software tools, including AppFolio, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite, to streamline operations and enhance communication. Your responsibilities will include processing lease applications, conducting property showings, and assisting with the onboarding of new residents. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and assist in the marketing of available properties through social media and other channels. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in ensuring that all leasing processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property leasing.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
  • Valid Driver's License required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AppFolio Property Management software.
  • Familiarity with Canva and social media management.
