About the position

The Self Storage Facility Managers position is a full-time role for a highly energetic management team responsible for running a self-storage facility and U-Haul business in Pasco County. The team will live on-site and is expected to provide superior customer service while maintaining the quality standards of the property and office. The role includes a competitive compensation package valued at over $100K per year, which includes an apartment, utilities, and various benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the self-storage facility and U-Haul business.
• Provide superior customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Perform property and office duties to maintain quality standards.
• Handle computerized transactions and learn new software programs.
• Conduct office and grounds cleanup and basic maintenance tasks.

Requirements
