About The Position

Volpe Enterprises is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring quality installation and compliance with safety regulations. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing project plans, and maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential remodeling/building.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee multiple roofing/siding/window/door construction projects simultaneously.
• Facilitate the process for roof/siding/window/door replacement or repairs safely, timely, and within budget.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance regarding safety and health.
• Diagnose warranty issues related to roofing, siding, windows, and doors.
• Develop project plans to present to clients, sales teams, and internal staff.
• Partner with the Production Manager to prepare crew schedules and ensure proper equipment is available.
• Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize project management software to track quality control workflows and checklists.
• Manage addendums, vendors, trade partners, and job material orders.
• Attend and participate in regular meetings with management and field staff.
