As a Journeymen Licensed Electrician – Experts in Trouble Shooting, Installation & Services, you will manage residential electrical projects, ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain control systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain residential electrical equipment and services.
• Assess the general condition of all electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs.
• Perform safety inspections.
• Identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.
• Use the Straightforward Pricing Guide to accurately present repair or installation options and complete safety inspections.
• Install and repair electrical equipment, lighting fixtures, EV chargers.
• Perform routine electrical system maintenance, upgrades, and tune-ups.
• Oversee and guide electrical projects to completion, ensuring compliance with safety codes and standards.
• Mentor and support junior electricians in their growth and technical abilities.
• Communicate with customers, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and professionalism.
• Use the latest technology and tools to perform electrical work efficiently and effectively.
• Submit detailed work orders and take pictures to document completed tasks.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory.
• Maintain company-provided vehicle, fuel, and tablets for professional use.
• Stay at the forefront of the latest electrical technology with ongoing training and exposure to new products.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Required).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug and background check.
• Proven experience as a Journeymen Electrician in Residential Services.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Availability to work some nights and weekends (rotating weekend schedule).
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Experience with electrical equipment and hand tools.
