About the position

The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will oversee the performance of a portfolio of luxury residential development projects, including a new mixed-use apartment complex. This role involves managing day-to-day operations across multiple states, ensuring optimal performance and strategic growth of the company's real estate investments.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the performance of the company's existing portfolio and future investments.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, tenant relations, accounting, collections, and capital improvements.
• Determine appropriate strategies to maximize returns and values on investment decisions.
• Maintain standard operations against operating plans and budgets, reporting and interpreting results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Hi-Rise Luxury Residential, multi-family, and mixed-use facilities.
• Experience working directly for an owner, not just as a third-party property manager.
• Proven ability to create and manage budgets and produce property reports and business plans.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence others in property management.
• Experience managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio of real estate properties.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment that values teamwork and clear communication.
• Visionary leadership skills to maximize the strength of the property management team.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and focused on personal and team development.
• Articulate and professional with solid financial acumen and knowledge in property operations and leasing.
