About the position

The Seasonal Resort Marketing Specialist for Park City is a vital team member responsible for executing the resort brand strategy through various marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating on events, managing in-resort messaging, and supporting promotional activities to enhance the guest experience. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful brand activations and community engagement, all while maintaining a positive and flexible attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on events and brand activation plans to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist in the ideation and execution of events, activities, and activations that elevate the resort brand.
• Direct external agencies, contractors, and event staff to execute activations and events.
• Develop strong community partnerships for third-party events and activations.
• Act as a project manager to prioritize workflows and manage complex information.
• Assist in on-mountain content capture and promote the resort through social media and website content.
• Oversee in-resort messaging, signage, and guest-facing promotional materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications preferred.
• 2+ years of marketing, event, sales, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media channels.
• Excellent English language and writing skills.
• High degree of organization and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to multitask.
