About the position

This position supports the company in preparing and analyzing detailed financial results, as well as working with leaders and partners across the organization. It also supports the operations team by preparing financial reports through collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining variances as well as making financial decisions by assessing options based on organizational goals. We are looking for an RO Business Operations Analyst (Financial Analyst). This stellar employee will work with Global RO team on descriptive and predictive analysis supporting the Resort and Club operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create statistical and financial modeling.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
  • Review financial data and provide recommendations to management in order to maximize operational efficiency and financial returns.
  • Work on special projects, initiatives, and day-to-day activities.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of financial reporting tools.
  • Monthly financial reporting.
