Broadridge is hiring! We have an opening for a Resource Strategy Lead within the Global Engineering organization. This is a unique opportunity to join an excellent team and have a meaningful impact on the Broadridge strategy, transformation automation process and culture. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business manager or strategy role, with a special focus on human capital strategy planning.
As the Resource Strategy Lead, you are expected to have strong organizational skills, experience developing human capital programs for large organizations and industry-leading experience driving efforts to improve organizations efficiency and effectiveness. From day one, you will have the opportunity to immediately impact our productivity by building and streamlining transformative programs to support all the talent in Global Engineering. This role will report to the Head of the Business Office.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate, as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
Build a framework for a Human Capital Strategy and work with the organizations leadership team and HR business partners
Incorporate all the components of a resource strategy including talent acquisition strategy, retention activities, skills development, location strategy and vendor sourcing strategy
Develop a strategic roadmap to execute on the strategy
Build virtual working groups to support the execution
Establish measurable outcomes for each of the strategic components
Ensure data quality and availability for reporting measurements tied to the outcomes
Develop dashboard reporting package to report progress on each of the programs
Build communication strategy to support the programs within the resource strategy and execute the communication plan
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree
3-4 years of experience:
As a Business Manager or Project Manager
Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Knowledge of PowerBI programming a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Strong design sense, with an eye for creating clear visuals that convey complex and technical ideas to a non-technical audience
Systems thinker, able to manage a high degree of complexity and able to distill information into simple communications
Excellent judgment, discretion and unflappable under pressure
Detail oriented
Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Organizational skills
Enjoys working in a fast-paced and every changing environment
Salary Range: $170,000 to $180,000 Annual

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
