Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical support to special needs children in their homes.
- Foster mentorship and social involvement for the children.
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for the children.
- Assist with daily activities and provide coaching as needed.
Requirements
- 1 year of related caregiving experience.
- Must pass a background check.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record (if applicable).
- Reliable vehicle with insurance (if providing transportation).
- Reliable phone with texting capability and voicemail.
- Mobile internet access for timekeeping.
- Compassionate demeanor.
- Consistently reliable and punctual.
Nice-to-haves
- 2 years of caregiving experience.
- 2 years of experience working with special needs children.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
