Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be concise and clear.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a customer liaison to deliver TD's brand promise through financial expertise and consultative advice.
• Identify opportunities to educate customers on bank products and services and refer them to appropriate team members.
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs and highlight product features and benefits.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to assess customer needs and lead outbound sales activities.
• Participate in customer outreach and servicing activities to deliver on the bank's customer service strategy.
• Engage in conversations with customers about loan products and facilitate application intake.
• Build and nurture customer relationships by actively listening to their needs and providing solutions.
• Perform various teller transactions while adhering to operational policies and procedures.
