Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience required, preferably in a teller role.
• Superior customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be concise and clear.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

• Teller experience preferred.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a customer liaison to deliver TD's brand promise through financial expertise and consultative advice.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to assess customer needs and lead outbound sales activities.
• Engage in customer outreach and provide advice to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Facilitate loan product applications and maintain active registration with NMLS.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers and internal teams to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in team activities to support a positive work environment and promote quality and innovation.
