The Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support position at Nordstrom Rack in Downtown Seattle involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on enhancing the customer experience by assisting with fitting room processes, maintaining an organized sales floor, and promoting Nordstrom's offerings, including gift cards and rewards programs.

Responsibilities

• Keep the customer experience quick, easy and fun while helping customers uncover great deals.
• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and taking them to their fitting rooms, then sorting and returning clothing to the floor.
• Share knowledge of fashion and inform customers about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Keep stockrooms organized and complete all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays 'runway ready' through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
