About the position

As a Key Holder at Bath & Body Works, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager and leading the team to achieve sales goals. This position involves acting as the manager on duty, providing customer service, and ensuring operational tasks are executed effectively. You will be responsible for fostering a customer-focused environment and building a loyal customer base while also providing feedback and coaching to associates.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty when scheduled to address customer service and operational issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead and model selling and customer experience standards.
• Display knowledge of products, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily direction and goals for associates at the start of shifts.
• Engage customers to build a loyal customer base and gather contact information.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and receipt of shipments.
• Maintain company policies and procedures.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
• Preferably an existing sales associate aspiring to a management role.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Demonstrated selling and operational results.
• Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends and peak times.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
